Well, Hmm.
Wow. Um, Hmm.
It's now 9pm, and I havent a clue what I did today.
I woke up about 6:30am when the cat decided she needed attention. I watched the old 1995 tv series/show "Cybill" at 8 ... goofed off with the cat some more, got ready and went to earth church, took Riley for some socialization as he's still getting used to the fact that people arent going to hurt him anymore ... *ponder* Then it starts getting fuzzy.
I read a few pages of my Harry Potter 6 book, but really I've only read a handful of pages since yesterday (tho I know how it ends... a girl at church told me, but I had already guessed. *laugh*). I did call my Mom in St.Louis to tell her that I was reading Harry Potter, knowing that she hadnt gone out and bought it yet ... and ended up talking to her for a good long while, and then she put my Dad on the phone so then I ended up repeating the whole conversation to him for another 20 - 30 minutes ... after that, it's fuzzy again.
What the h*ll did I do today?? I have absolutely no recollection! If I didnt read, didnt watch anything on tv, didnt go out, looking around it doesnt look like I cleaned or rearranged or changed anything ... I dont THINK I slept ... ack.

I know what I did yesterday, absolutely squat. We spent Saturday shopping, Old Navy, and the Giant Book Sale, which was disappointing as we found neither giant books, or indeed books about giants.
We sat by the pool for an hour or so, then went to our favourite local eatery, Wildfire. They do the best Martinis and fabulous steaks.
Between the two activities, we managed to spend the winnings I had from the Horse racing on Thursday, which was kinda the point.
Sunday was spent slobbing around doing pretty much nothing, reading, watching telly, hiding from the heat.

I've had days like that before. It's pretty disturbing to reach the end of a day and not really know where it all went to.
I also found out the "big thing" about the Harry Potter book early, thanks to a spoiler troll at a website I hit once in a while. Got plastered right up front and I saw it before anyone took it down -- but I am still excited about my turn at reading the book. I'm waiting on someone else in my house to finish it first.

It's amazing how time can fly when you're doing absolutely nothing. It can either drag, or it can zoom.
