I can't imagine why.
And what was it he was calling "macaroni", exactly? Was it the feather, or the hat, or the act of having stuck the feather into the hat that drove him to this unfortunate name calling? Was it, in fact, the pony?

Despite all these musings I've managed to not get the song stuck in my head. I can't even think of the words.. Yay me! ;)
Sooo frustrating, the usage of the word 'it' in the song right there. And why "macaroni", indeed? Why not "spaghetti" or "fettucine" or "rotelli"?
