Favorite Movies
I was just watching one of my favorite movies ... 'Waking Ned Devine' ... when I got to thinking. "Favorite Movie". Do you know how many "favorite movies" I have? Dozens. I could never pick ONE. Not even two or three. Maybe one or two from each (hee hee .. sorry .. he just walked in and found Ned in front of the TV holding the ticket with that shocked grin on his face) from each genre.
I thought this movie sounded dull when it first came out. I caught it on a flight either to or from England ... it was the music and the scenery that first attracted me. Then I got hooked in to the plot ... and loved it! The same with 'Billy Elliot' ... saw it on a plane trip, thought it sounded lame ... but couldnt stop watching. Was stunned at how well that kid could dance!
